Welcome to Picture Notes (the “Service”). By creating an account, downloading our mobile app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the terms below (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Picture Notes.
1. Who we are

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Upload Content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringes another’s rights.

Use Picture Notes to stalk, harass, or violate the privacy of others.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its users’ data.

Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent.

Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Service or its security measures.
We may remove Content or suspend accounts that violate these rules or the law.
6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of Picture Notes require a Pro / Premium subscription billed on a monthly basis.

All fees are displayed in GBP and are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by our partner Paddle and subject to their terms.
7. Intellectual-Property Notices

All software, design, and content we provide (excluding your Content) is owned by us or our licensors.
8. Third-Party Services
Picture Notes may link to or integrate with services provided by third parties (e.g., cloud storage or AI transcriptions). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, pose security risks, or create legal exposure for us or other users.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that Picture Notes will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that Content will be preserved without loss.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Content or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
